Earthing Is A Stress Reliever

Earthing is walking barefooted on a natural surface be it grass or sand. The benefit is from the relationship between the body and earth electrons. The body is full of positive ions and the earth is full of negative ions therefore Earthing creates a balance.
Earthing increases surface change of red blood cells avoiding clumping which decreases blood viscosity which causes heart disease. People take aspirin to thin their blood while earthing does the same thing. It regulates both endocrine and nervous system.
Earthing reduces cancer risks, improves cardiovascular health, moderates weight and prevents diabetes. It also improves blood oxygenation, circulation and immune response and removes toxins.
Relieving stress, healing and giving a sense of freedom are some of the benefits of earthing. Nature in itself has healing effect, the fresh air, birds, whistling trees and the feel of sand, grass or beach water on your feet have a calming effect on the body. It also has mental health benefits as it decreases anxiety, depression and clears your mind.
Earthing also influence the brain and wires the brain to be on our feet at all times but when we wear shoes we are disconnected from the feet. It improves posture and relieves headache (I have a personal experience, I had a really bad headache and went to the beach to walk barefooted for a while and the headache disappeared).
Shoes change the natural shape of your foot, so take off those shoes and walk barefooted at least 20 minutes every day.
